Overview

The Dashboard is your personalized landing page in SimplyManage. It provides an at-a-glance view of key metrics and quick actions based on your role, helping you stay productive without navigating through multiple pages.

Role-Based Views

Your dashboard displays different information based on your role. Users see their personal metrics, while Admins see organization-wide data.

Accessing the Dashboard

The Dashboard is your default landing page when you log in. You can also access it anytime by clicking the Dashboard link in the sidebar or the SimplyManage logo.

Dashboard Types

Common Elements

All dashboards share these common elements:

  • Allocation calendar - Visual calendar showing project allocations with hours per project
  • Active timer widget - Shows currently running timer
  • Quick actions - Start timer, access recent projects
  • Time summary cards - Hours tracked for various periods
