Overview

The Admin Dashboard provides a comprehensive organization-wide view of time tracking, team activity, and key business metrics. It's designed to help administrators monitor the entire organization at a glance.

Admin Access

The Admin Dashboard is only visible to users with Admin role. Managers see a team-focused view, while regular users see their personal dashboard.

Organization Summary

The top section displays organization-wide metrics:

Team Activity Overview

See real-time activity across your organization:

  • Currently tracking - List of team members with active timers
  • Active projects - Projects with active timers right now
  • Online status - Who's currently online in the system
  • Today's activity - Summary of who has tracked time today

Monitor Engagement

Use the activity overview to identify team members who may need reminders to track their time or who might be overworking.

Utilization Metrics

Key utilization indicators for the organization:

  • Overall utilization % - Percentage of total capacity being used
  • Billable utilization - Percentage of time that's billable
  • Capacity vs. allocated - Visual chart comparing the two
  • Trend graph - Utilization over time

Quick view of project status:
